What defines our role as customer?

Have you ever really thought about our changing role of customer? In the context of this 21st century, we no longer have to feel like a hostage of a company's choices. Through social media, we now have a voice.

We are putting together a wiki - a customerpedia - of our choices in our role as customer. We have to first understand the role that this new customerpedia can play for each of us.
